Element's Trew Four Alarm Fire "Blaze"
Blaze takes Reserve Champion and then 2nd Place in AKC Vallejo
The American Kennel Club has indicated a willingness to approve a dog show that will be limited to conformation champions that also possess field titles, the first of its type to ever be approved by the AKC was held in St. Cloud, Minnesota on Friday, December 4, 1998, the day before Granite City's two all breed dog shows. Subjectively, there exists some contenetion between working dogs and show dogs, but Blaze and Kat hope to help the two foundations and their particpants release that stigma.
Blaze is shown above with Kat at the AKC Vallejo, CA show after taking 2nd in conformation. They were abruptly called back to the ring by the judge for another round and Blaze was awarded Reserve Grand Champion. Not bad for her first go around! Great job Blaze and kudos to Kat for a job well done as a handler.
